Yes yes yes, WELCOME DEAR Customers UPDATE regarding entry to Norway:
From January 26, travelers arriving in Norway will no longer have to observe a mandatory period of quarantine – however, testing rules remain in place. The change means that Norway’s border is now open to all travelers, and we can’t wait to see you here!
We will continue to maintain our good cancellation arrangements.

January 2022 – All guides are required to follow the national vaccine, and as of 2022, all guides are fully vaccinated. Our activity takes place outdoors, and has little transmission of infection.
Refund of trip / course due to covid-19:
If we as hosts have to cancel the event, you will be refunded 100% and not suffer any financial loss. Upon course participation, you will be moved to the next available course, or a date of your choice.
NMG follows the Norwegian national guidelines, which means that if we can not hold the activity, you will be refunded. In circumstances in your own country that prevent participation, you will not be refunded the payment, then you must use your own travel insurance.
01.07.21 – 01.10.21 CLOSED:
We believe in the Norwegian authorities’ recommendations. Gathering someone across municipal boundaries is not recommended as of today, no activities will be carried out until 01.10.2021 where a new assessment will be made. We are at work and will answer all requests, but unfortunately we do not maintain our weekly hiking activities.

We’re back in business!
It is very gratifying that we can now do tours for small groups. Our trips are of course all outdoors, which makes it easier to follow the hygienic advice. In case of transport of guests we follow the standard requirements.
Food and drink:
We think it is nice to surprise our guests with a little local snack and drink, we unfortunately will not be able to do this in the same period, 01.01-01.08.2021
disinfection:
We encourage all guests to bring this themselves in the form of a small bottle of liquid or napkins, and offcourse we will do the same for our guests and our self.

We are getting a lot of inquiries these days regarding the Coronavirus disease – COVID 19.
As of today, it is uncertain when we can start organized tours again. Hopefully, a clear signal will be given to the beginning of April. We have closed for booking until April 15. From this point on, all tours are open for booking.
Of course, we follow the authorities’ recommendations and want to limit this infection.
Terms and conditions.
We refer to our guidelines under “Practical info”. https://www.norwaymountainguides.com/about-us/practical-info/booking-terms-and-conditions/
Unfortunately, Norway Mountain Guides are not part of the Norwegian Travel gurantee Fund (RGF), as a customer in this situation, we urge you to use your local travel insurance to get a refund. It is enough with a screen copy of our site as documentation, as well as payment documentation.
